Jesse Lingard is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or as a winger for Premier League club West Ham United, on loan from Manchester United.

Lingard began his career at Manchester United's youth academy when he was seven years old, progressing through the age groups.Until signing a professional contract in the summer of 2011, he was a member of the Manchester United team that won the FA Youth Cup in 2010–11.
